Reservations can be made by phone and will be held for 5 days to allow the booking form and deposit to arrive. Conditions of Hire A deposit of 25 percent per week per letting unit with a completed booking form secures the accommodation if the required dates are available. This deposit is non-returnable.

Balance of monies is payable on arrival. Normal bookings for Log Cabins and Static Caravans are from Saturday 4pm - Saturday 10am. Please notify us if you will be arriving late. Please vacate promptly at 10am. The number of persons occupying the accommodation must not exceed the number of beds provided. Please leave the accommodation clean and tidy.

Please indicate on the booking form if you are bringing a pet. Please do not allow your pets on the furniture or bedding and do not leave unattended in the cabin at any time. Dogs must be on a lead at all times, within the park.

Any damage or breakages to the property or furnishings should be reported and paid for. All details are given in good faith but may be subject to alteration. The management reserves the right to refuse to hand over holiday accommodation to undesirable persons and to ask persons that have not complied with the conditions of hire to leave.

If you have any problems please let us know as soon as possible so that they can be dealt with quickly and not be allowed to spoil your holiday. 

In the event of cancellation of the hire, for whatever reason, within 28 days prior to the arrival date, then we reserve the right to charge the whole of the balance of monies due for the hire.
